Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized, gentle massage technique designed to encourage the movement of lymph fliud through the body’s lymphatic system. Despite the name, it is not a deep tissue massage - instead, it uses, light rhythmic, skin stretching movements. MLD helps support the lymphatic system in removing excess fluid from tissues, transporting immune cells, and filter waste and toxins through lymph nodes.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy in which gentle pressure is applied to specific points on the feet. These points correspond to different organs and body systems. Stimulating the nerve endings on these specific points, supports the body’s natural healing process, reduces stress and promotes relaxation.
